If you just want to look active, Starter is plenty. Growth is the one I'd suggest for most businesses, because it adds short videos for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok without needing a visit. If you'd like real photos of your business and a busier feed, go for Local Pro. If you'd rather not think about social media at all, All-In covers it. You can move up or down with 30 days' notice, and every plan starts with a free trial week.

I draft a real week of posts for your business. If your plan includes video, I'll also make one sample video from your clips. You approve them and see how it works, with no payment and no obligation. If you'd like to carry on, we start monthly and book your first content day if your plan has one. If not, no hard feelings.

Yes, AI helps me draft faster, which keeps prices down. But I edit every post by hand, and nothing is posted without your approval.

On Growth, and with the short-video add-on, you film short clips on your phone as you go about your day, and I do everything else: editing, subtitles, music, the cover and posting. I'll send simple tips on what to film. On Local Pro and All-In, I also come to you for a content day (every quarter or every month) and film and photograph things myself.

I come to your business for two hours and take photos and short clips of your work, your team, your products and your place. Before the day we agree a simple shot list so nothing is wasted. We book a daytime slot at least two weeks ahead, and I work around your customers rather than getting in the way. Afterwards you get 25 or more edited photos and four edited short videos, which feed the month's posts. Anything showing your staff or customers is checked with you first, and it's up to you to make sure they're happy to appear. Nothing is posted without your approval, and the photos are yours to keep. Content days are included in Local Pro (every quarter) and All-In (every month), or £225 a visit on their own.

No. Plans with video post to Facebook and Instagram Reels and to TikTok, but if you'd rather skip TikTok, just say. If you'd like to try it and don't have an account yet, I'll set up a free TikTok business account for you as part of any plan with video, or the profile tidy-up. I can't promise views or followers. I'll just make sure your videos go out regularly and look good.

Yes. I can set up and manage simple Facebook and Instagram ads from £150 a month. You pay Meta for the ads themselves, directly, so you stay in control of the budget. I usually suggest at least £300 a month in ad spend. If your budget is smaller, I'll tell you honestly whether boosting the odd post yourself would make more sense.

Yes. It's included in All-In (three hours a month), or you can add Community care to any plan from £90 a month. I check your Facebook and Instagram once a day, Monday to Friday, at a time we agree, and reply within one working day in your voice. Complaints, urgent questions and sales enquiries come straight to you. It isn't an instant-reply service, so if customers expect answers within minutes, that's best kept with you or your team.
