Who I am

I'm Jake Charlesworth, trading as Highview Social. I'm a sole trader. You can reach me at highviewsocial.uk@gmail.com or on 07396 795875. The website is highviewsocial.co.uk.

What I collect

Only what you send me. That is the details on the contact form (your name, business name, email, phone if you add one, the plan you're interested in, any extras, and your message), plus anything you later send by email or tell me by phone.

Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, to provide the work we've agreed. I don't use it for advertising mailing lists.

Lawful basis

Consent, from the tick box on the form, or steps before a contract when we're sorting out a trial week or a plan.

Who else sees it

The form is handled by the website host (for example Netlify, if that's where the site is published) so the message can reach me. Email may be handled by Google, because I use Gmail. I don't sell your details, and I don't pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

If an enquiry doesn't become ongoing work, I delete those details after 12 months. If we work together, I keep what I need for the work and for ordinary tax records.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It doesn't set a cookie banner because there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, I'll update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, ask me to delete them, or object to how I use them. Email highviewsocial.uk@gmail.com and I'll sort it.

Complaints

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
